Samantha shares her insights on what makes this innovative venue and its WaveSurfer surf machine a standout experience:
"We are proud to have the first WaveSurfer in Switzerland. Initially, we tried the mobile WaveSurfer here in Valais, and we decided to bring the wave to the mountains. After some market research, we found the WaveSurfer from Belgium, and it stood out because it offers access from the sides as well, giving more opportunities for everyone to learn how to surf. Our guests absolutely love it. They come back with big smiles, whether they’re bodyboarding in groups, families enjoying time together, or kids learning tricks. It’s so much fun for all ages."
Samantha emphasizes that the WaveSurfer is accessible to all, regardless of skill level:
"The surf, of course, takes a bit more time since you have to stand, but that’s what makes it such a great challenge. People love coming back to try new things and improve their skills. We’ve received such positive feedback, and whenever we need assistance, the WaveSurfer team is easy to reach and very responsive."
