For a single-jet artificial surf machine, the installation process typically takes up to 10 days. If you’re opting for the more spacious dual-jet model, the process may extend to a maximum of 15 days. This period includes everything from the initial setup and calibration to the final testing of the WaveSurfer wave simulator machine.
After installation, we'll conduct a full day of training and orientation to ensure your team is fully prepared for wave machine surfing. This training, provided by our Wavesurfer Training Academy, is crucial for ensuring safe and enjoyable experiences for your future guests.
